I have to admit sadly I skip breakfast most mornings. I know it’s bad, and it is probably why I am so tired and a little grumpy when it’s time for lunch. My reason is always “I do not have the time to cook breakfast”.

While they were in the microwave, I quickly steamed some broccoli, and I threw them both in a small container and took them to go.
