Easy Freezer Meals on a Budget! Freezer Meal Planning Made Simple.
Are you sick of having to shop daily for your groceries or wondering each day what’s for dinner? Do you get home from work and end up spending hours just preparing and cooking and then wonder where the day went?
Maybe it’s 5PM and you haven’t even figured out what you’re making yet.
That was pretty much me on a daily basis. Sometimes I would end up grabbing takeout just to avoid having to spend all my time in the kitchen. Not only was I spending more money than I needed to but I was eating food that wasn’t that great for me or my family.
I was at the grocery store several times a week and even though I shopped often I still had food go bad on me because of bad meal planning (or no planning at all).
I would buy a bunch of veggies and some meats and had no real plan for what I would cook. In my head I was just thinking today I’ll throw together a chicken stir-fry and tomorrow I’ll broil chicken with a side and rice.
That was pretty much how I meal planned for years.
When I didn’t get to the store there was almost nothing to eat at home except maybe some rice or pasta.
It was becoming a real hassle to try and figure out what to eat and I really needed to come up with a plan so that I could save my time and sanity!
Who wants to spend their evenings cooking? That’s when I discovered freezer meals.
It took me so long to actually consider doing freezer meals. I eat a lot of ethnic foods and I admit I didn’t think that freezer meals could really help me. I really had no clue on what freezes well and what doesn’t and I didn’t think I had enough room in my freezer to even pull it off.
So what changed?
After taking the Grocery Budget Makeover course and pretty much-loving everything that Erin Chase the $5 Dinner mom produces, I discovered her MyFreezEasy meal planning system and was instantly turned onto the idea of being able to have dinner ready and available anytime I needed it.
I call it a meal planning system because it is a full system of how to prepare 10 to 12 meals and have them stocked in your freezer in less than one hour!
MyFreezEasy is complete with video and printable instructions, tons of meal plans, shopping lists, a community of other meal planners and an easy to use Web & Mobile App.
After reading what was included in this system, I decided to try out MyFreezEasy for myself and share with you my thoughts.
If you’ve tried downloadable meal plans before, you may have gotten discouraged by the selection of recipes.
After all, everyone’s taste is different, and if you whipped up a batch of meals that were too spicy, all cream-soup based, or just not appealing, you might feel like this is an utter waste of time and money.
This is where the magic of MyFreezEasy comes in. You won’t believe what’s included in this plan. It’s one of a kind and a dinner game-changer and unlike any other meal planning service, I have seen.
MyFreezEasy is like having a meal planning pro in the kitchen with you. When I signed up I didn’t even realize all that MyFreezEasy had to offer and after seeing what it offers I thought it was going to cost too much, and then I saw the price!
It’s only $12 a month (or cheaper if you go with the yearly plan)! For $12 you really can’t go wrong. Sign up here to give it a try.

I mean she really thought of everything!!! The choices are endless.
WHAT I LIKE…….
I like the video instructions. Erin actually records herself preparing 10 of the monthly meals each month! You actually get to watch her create the meals in an hour and see her technique. If you’re choosing the same meals as she is preparing in the video then you can actually prepare them alongside her.
It’s like having a friend in the kitchen!
I love that because by watching her I know that in fact it only takes an hour and she is not just saying that it does. You also get to learn new techniques as well to make freezer meals even easier.
I like the large variety of recipes. I mentioned this a few times but I am a little picky about recipes so this was super important to me.
I like the drag and drop web and mobile app. It made choosing and saving my recipes super easy. It also allowed me to print or email myself the meal plans and print the labels for those plans.
I like the Price! It’s only $12 a month! I am pretty sure I saved more than that by using these meal plans and being more organized in the kitchen. Plus not to mention the time I saved, that is priceless.
Being able to prepare easy freezer meals is a definite game changer for dinner time. Whether you use them just as fill-ins on busy days or as an everyday option, they will change the way you think about dinner time.
Imagine having 10 meals ready to go in one hour? That’s what MyFreezEasy teaches you!
I was going to put in a “What I Didn’t Like” Section but I really couldn’t find anything I didn’t like. For the price, I think MyFreezEasy goes well above and beyond expectations.
