Get Paid to Be Healthy with the Achievement App
You’ve been going to the gym, taking long walks, eating healthy hoping to burn as many calories as possible, and stay as motivated as you can…. but what do you do when you start to lose the motivation?
We’ve all been there; we bought a cool new fitness tracker or we just downloaded a cool new app like MyFitnessPal and we start to get motivated and use it daily. Then after a few weeks or months, motivation starts to die down, and we look for new ways to stay motivated or sometimes we just quit.
What if there was a better way to stay motivated? Would cash for your healthy activities keep you moving?
Well, it sure sparked my interest. After hearing about an app named Achievement (formally called “Achievemint” with an “i”), that pays you to be healthy I was immediately interested in checking it out.
ACHIEVEMENT APP REVIEW
The Achievement app is totally free to download, so it was a no-brainer to try out. After all, it’s just an app, and it can always be deleted if I decided I didn’t like it.
The Achievement app will pay you (via PayPal or direct deposit) for doing healthy things! Earn for tracking steps, sleep, meals, tweets & more! It’s free to sign up for Achievement and start earning.
What I noticed right away about it was that it was super easy to setup because it doesn’t replace any of the health apps you may be already using, but it actually works with them and gives you points for all of the healthy things you’re already doing on your favorite apps – like walking, sleeping, logging food, and more.
They also give you points for taking surveys right in the app. I was presented with a few when I signed up.
Once you earn 10,000 points you can cash out for $10!
Achievement works with over 30+ Android/iOS apps and continues to add more, so they are more than likely to have the app you use.
Don’t use a fitness app?
That’s fine too because you can easily find one you like, connect it to Achievement, and start using it. I use it with Apple Health (already on my iPhone) and have it connected with my Fitbit app.
MyFitnessPal is a popular one as well but look through the list and find one that you would be most interested in using to track your fitness and health.

I will definitely sign up. I already use the health app on my iPhone, plus have food tracking app. Will see if it is on the list. Thank you for sharing.
Does this work even if you are out of the US like say in Africa?
I do not see why not. I will pass your question along to the Achievemint team to see if I can get an answer. You may also want to check their FAQ’s as that may be in there.
